A language-learning card battler for kids. Built the game from scratch — core loop, AI opponents, 1v1 multiplayer, plus production tools for AI deck generation and audio–text sync.

Overview

FabuLingua is a Spanish-learning mobile game for children, grounded in current research on second-language acquisition. The app combines science-based pedagogy with engaging card-battler gameplay.

Key contributions

• Built the card game from scratch: full core loop, gameplay logic, AI opponent behaviors, and 1v1 multiplayer.
• Editor utility to generate AI decks without running the game.
• Audio–text synchronization tool to align narration with translated text across two languages.
• Pixel-perfect art reviews and ongoing refactoring across the codebase.
